In e-commerce the visible part is the storefront; the hard part is everything after the order. On delivery platforms three sides have to work at once: customer, merchant and courier. We have built classic e-commerce, a multi-vendor marketplace and a food delivery platform; in each the real problem was making order state visible to all three sides without lag.
