The situation
A customer will not keep three apps for one business. Booking, ordering and collecting points have to live behind a single screen or none of them get used.
Our approach
We built the Flutter app so booking, takeaway ordering and the loyalty scheme sit in one interface, with real-time notifications and personalised campaigns driving the return visit.
The outcome
One app now carries the whole customer relationship, and campaigns reach people at the moment they can act on them.
About the project
We built the Flutter mobile app for Fasty Order's click-and-collect service, booking flow, and loyalty program. Customers schedule appointments, place pickup orders, and earn rewards from one intuitive interface, with real-time notifications and personalized offers driving repeat engagement.
