B2B Dealer and Ordering Portal
Where orders move out of phone calls and messages and into the system.

In companies selling through dealers, most orders still arrive by phone, email and messaging, and each becomes a record only when a rep types it in — costing labour and creating errors: wrong code, wrong quantity, forgotten discount. A portal reverses that flow. It does not replace your ERP; it talks to it.

Decisions to make upfront03
- 01Can your ERP serve real-time data?
- This is the portal’s most critical technical question. Some ERPs only offer a nightly export, in which case stock is not "live" but "as of this morning" — and the interface has to say so honestly. We measure the API surface in the technical assessment.
- 02Where will pricing rules live?
- If they are defined in the ERP, the portal reads them. If they live in spreadsheets, the rule set has to be modelled first — usually a bigger line item than expected, and one to see upfront.
- 03Will sales reps use it too?
- If so you need a mobile layer where a rep can order on a dealer’s behalf, and offline operation during visits becomes a discussion.

Frequently asked02
- Do we have to replace our ERP?
- No. The portal does not replace it; it speaks to it through a single connection layer. If the ERP changes later, only that layer changes.
- Will our dealers actually use it?
- Adoption is not decided by the interface but by whether the portal gives dealers something the phone cannot: live stock, their own statement, their order history and easy reordering. We scope to guarantee those three.
Let’s scope it together.
