System Handover and Technical Oversight

Keeping the live system standing — and handing it to your team if you want that.

Building a system and keeping it running in production are different jobs: one ends at acceptance, the other continues past it. In most projects it is precisely this middle stage that is missing — the software is delivered, but nobody has been trained to keep it alive under real load. This service fills that gap, and its goal is to make itself unnecessary: when the handover is done, operation moves to your side.

What it covers04

Production oversight

Monitoring, incident response, backups and infrastructure supervision.

Release management

Planned releases, rollback plans and release notes.

Technical direction

Guiding your in-house team and the people taking over, code review, architectural advice.

Regulatory tracking

Watching changes in e-invoicing, reporting obligations and platform rules.

Process04
01

Takeover

An inventory of the system, its infrastructure and its open risks.

02

Monitoring setup

Alert thresholds, backup verification and an incident response flow.

03

Team training

The people taking over join while development is still running and learn the system as it is born.

04

Handover

Documentation, training and a handover rehearsal; afterwards the scope can be narrowed or ended.

FAQ04
How is this different from maintenance and support?
Maintenance keeps a live product current. This keeps a system that carries real operations standing, and trains the team who will sustain it. The responsibility and the response speed are different.
Are warranty bugs included in this fee?
The opposite: fixing bugs under warranty is free of charge and runs independently of this line. What this fee buys is keeping the system standing every day.
How long does it run, and what happens after?
The handover is complete when documentation is delivered and your team can sustain the system independently. After that it is your call: end the service, continue with a narrower scope, or keep it as is.
Will you take on a system you did not build?
Yes, but only after a technical assessment. We do not promise to keep something standing before we know what it is.

The system is live — but who keeps it standing?

Let us take over oversight while your own team gets up to speed.
