Yemek Kapımda — Mobile App

Delivery is ordered from a phone, in a hurry, usually from the same few places. A mobile layer that only mirrors the website makes the customer re-do work they have already done and gives them no reason to keep it installed.

We built the app in Flutter against the same Firebase backend as the web platform, adding what only a phone can do: personalised restaurant suggestions, one-tap reordering, real-time delivery tracking, secure payment and push notifications, on both Android and iOS from one codebase.

The customer’s repeat order became a single tap, and delivery status reaches them by notification instead of by asking. Both platforms have been carried through several store release cycles since launch. Keeping an app in the stores is separate work from shipping it once: policies change, new requirements appear, and both bear directly on whether the app stays available. The notification layer is the only thing that brings a customer back, so it carries campaign messaging as well as delivery status.

We built the Flutter mobile app for Yemek Kapımda, letting users order food and manage deliveries from their phones. It ships with personalized restaurant suggestions, quick reorders, real-time delivery tracking, secure payments, and push notifications — running on both Android and iOS with offline-friendly navigation.
