Do I have to hand over my data?+
It depends on the solution. In many setups your data is used only at request time and is not used for model training. We put the data-handling approach in writing at the start of the project.
How is cost calculated?+
Two parts: development fee and per-use model cost. During the pilot we produce a monthly cost estimate from real usage data.
Does it make sense for a small business?+
If you have a repetitive process eating time, usually yes. If not, our honest answer is that you do not need it yet.
Which models do you use?+
We work with different providers depending on the need, choosing on quality, latency and cost. We avoid locking you to a single provider.
