Auto parts is a catalogue problem disguised as a shop. A supplier feed arrives as free text — a part name, an OE number, a price in another currency — and the buyer searches by their own car. Nothing in the feed says which vehicles the part fits, and getting that wrong ships the wrong part. On top of that the same stock has to stay true in three places at once: the site, the supplier and the marketplace.

The integration layer normalises the Başbuğ and Motor Aşin formats into one product shape, with scheduled price and exchange-rate synchronisation and live stock lookups. The AI layer is deliberately narrow: Gemini reads a part and returns vehicle names in natural language, then a deterministic resolver maps those names onto real vehicle records in the database. The model never guesses an identifier, and everything it produced is flagged as such in the data. A second provider drives the customer assistant and a grounded generator writes catalogue content from actual orders and compatibility records rather than from nothing. Payment runs through 3D-secure with instalments, and Trendyol listings and stock are pushed and reconciled from the same source.

A supplier feed that arrives as text becomes a catalogue a customer can search by their own vehicle, and stock stays consistent across the site, the supplier and the marketplace without anyone reconciling it by hand. The AI carries the part of the work language is good at and leaves identity to code, so a wrong answer surfaces as an unresolved match rather than as a wrong part in a box.

A commerce platform built on Next.js and Supabase, integrated with the Başbuğ Group micro-services and the Motor Aşin catalogue, with Trendyol marketplace sync, 3D-secure payment, live stock and an AI enrichment layer.
