Export is not a module bolted on later but a fact to design for. Different currencies, different units of measure, multi-language product data and the documents customs expects all enter the architecture at the start.
For a manufacturer selling into Europe, data protection and traceability obligations are set up the same way, at the beginning. Adding them afterwards means rewriting the system.
We come to the plant for the analysis; we do not design a work order without seeing the production flow ourselves. Development runs remotely, and our team is back on site for the go-live waves.
We have no office in Manisa and we do not pretend to. Our base is Kayseri and we travel from there.
For a manufacturer, web work is usually the export shopfront: a multi-language product catalogue, technical document downloads and an enquiry flow that can handle demand from abroad. A step beyond that is an order screen opened to dealers.

- Do you have an office in Manisa?
- No. Our base is Kayseri. We are in Manisa for analysis, go-live and training.
- Can production tracking be added on top of our current ERP?
- It can. We have built the production side separately and integrated it without replacing the existing system; which route is right is decided after the technical assessment.
- Connectivity in the plant is poor — will it work?
- Yes. The floor side can be built to keep recording while the connection is down and to reconcile when it returns; we design for that from the start.
